The Northern California Leadership Fellowship is a California-based, part-time, year-long fellowship that focuses on developing primary care leadership, advocacy skills, teaching and research capacity, as well as advanced clinical practice in early abortion and contraception.

The Northern California Leadership Fellowship is a California-based, part-time, year-long fellowship that focuses on developing primary care leadership, advocacy skills, teaching and research capacity, as well as advanced clinical practice in early abortion and contraception.

TEACH provides Fellows with a part-time Fellowship stipend of $5,000 for the academic year (July - June), in addition to a professional development stipend.

Hold a current medical license in California.

Have prior experience providing intrauterine clinical procedures (i.e. abortion, IUDs, EMBs, IUI, etc.)

The Northern California Leadership Fellowship focuses on cultivating leadership and advocacy skills, supporting faculty development, and increasing clinical expertise. Applicants should have (or plan for) primary employment in Northern California. Prior experience doing intrauterine clinical procedures (for example: abortions, IUDs, EMBs, IUI) is needed.
